Job Description
Cold Call Crew (SMC-Private) Limited is looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives for the Night Shift. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Spectrum’s internet, TV, and phone services to both residential and business customers.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Spectrum sales, strong English communication skills, comfort with cold calling, and excellent organizational abilities are required.
