We are seeking an IT HelpDesk Officer with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Manufacturing or Energy sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing user accounts.
