Job Description
Karis Smart Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are organized, eager to learn, and possess foundational computer skills along with a basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices and maintain records using MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing software to create and manage communities.
- Process orders and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Accurately sort and pack customer orders.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
- Provide basic assistance with customer communications.

Pay: Rs18,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
