Job Description
CCL Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and professional, with the ability to manage a diverse range of executive-level administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing intricate calendars, coordinating meetings and events, drafting and editing business communications, serving as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, organizing travel itineraries, and assisting with special projects as needed.
