Job Description
ASK Development, a prominent telecom company, is currently looking for a Live Chat Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and offer guidance to customers.
- Escalate complex queries appropriately while maintaining comprehensive records.
- Achieve daily KPIs and support upselling and cross-selling efforts.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of live chat experience. This position is based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
