Job Description
Auhda Consulting is seeking a dedicated Online Sales Specialist to enhance our online sales through e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently addressing customer inquiries via email, chat, and various online communication tools.
Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will play a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that online listings are aligned with ongoing campaigns and to monitor sales performance effectively.
Position Requirements:

- Work Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Location: DHA Phase 2 or Korangi, Karachi
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years
