Job Description
HRPSP, your strategic HR partner, is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plant Manager for a premier client located in Muridke. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing a high-precision Animal Nutrition Mixing Plant.
Key Responsibilities: You will be accountable for meeting production targets, overseeing daily operations, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership roles.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs250,00.00 to Rs300,00.00 per month.
