Job Description
Reality One Group is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our esteemed real estate sales team for a premier project in DHA Phase 6, Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and successfully closing high-value real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and convert prospective clients for both residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify property trends.
- Organize and facilitate site visits and client meetings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets established by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
