Job Description

Lulusar is actively seeking a committed Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead our daily QA operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the entire production process, from stitching to packing. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing defects, implementing necessary improvements, and training QA personnel. Collaboration with production, merchandising, and technical teams is essential for success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management, along with 3-5 years of pertinent experience in the textile or apparel industry. Strong problem-solving skills and prior experience with inspections are critical.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs100,00.00 to Rs110,00.00, based on-site. The application deadline is October 6, 2025.
