Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document all transactions.
- Issue materials to various departments and manage related documentation.
- Label, organize, and store materials in an orderly manner.
- Assist with monthly and annual inventory audits and stock checks.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for effective material tracking.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the store area.
- Report any damaged or expired stock to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum intermediate education.
- 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations is preferred.
