Job Description

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers, fostering relationships throughout their experience with us—before, during, and after sales or service. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns, facilitating test drives, and providing timely updates on service statuses and special promotions.
We seek candidates with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service. A degree in Business or Communication is preferred, and while previous experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
This full-time position requires on-site presence at our dealership.
