Job Description

Sourcecode Software House is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This full-time position requires working the night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently resolving inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Document and track customer interactions diligently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
