Job Description
Hiring Solutions is on the lookout for a committed Senior HR Operational Manager to lead payroll processing and manage employee records. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of specialized HR Operations experience, with an emphasis on payroll, file management, and exit procedures.
Key responsibilities encompass ensuring accurate payroll processing, supervising personnel files, and directing exit management, which includes documentation and settlements.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, a solid understanding of HRMS and labor regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail are essential.
