Job Description

Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00/month + uncapped incentives
Locations: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Shift Options: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (Mon-Sat)
Potential Earnings: Up to PKR 200,00/month!
Key Responsibilities:
– Address international customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
– Maintain comprehensive records of interactions.
– Ensure high service quality standards are met.
Requirements:
– Proficient in English (verbal and written).
– Basic computer and typing skills.
– Availability for night shifts (Mon-Sat).
– Experience preferred, but not mandatory.
