Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and monitor the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that equipment operates at optimal efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards throughout their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage LABSA production equipment operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with team members for streamlined shift operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in chemical plant operations; LABSA experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
