Job Description
Caregenix Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent through strategic job postings, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Your key responsibilities will include extending job offers, negotiating terms, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process. This is a full-time position requiring night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $110,00 annually, and work will be conducted in person at our office.
