Job Description
CBA is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to become part of our dynamic team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in essential HR functions and may lead to a permanent role based on individual performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Monthly stipend: PKR 25,00 | Duration: 3 months | Location: In-person.
