Job Description
CBA is looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will partner with hiring managers to determine technical recruitment needs, source and evaluate candidates, and provide an exceptional experience for applicants.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers, craft detailed job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage candidate information efficiently.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
