Nexiatech is looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to become part of our team. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma (Matric), demonstrated experience in customer support, and familiarity with CRM systems. Shift timings are from 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM. The salary range is Rs20,00 to Rs25,00 per month.
