Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist clients with the immigration process related to study, work, and permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and a proven ability to navigate clients through intricate procedures successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on immigration regulations for countries including Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa categories and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications along with necessary supporting documentation to relevant authorities.
- Stay informed about updates in immigration laws and policies.
- Guide clients on compliance and follow up to ensure successful results.
