Job Description
Company: Your Cloud Campus
Salary: 40,00 to 45,00 PKR
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level One support for both hardware and software issues.
- Manage networking tasks, including camera installations and maintenance of local servers (DC, ADC).
- Administer the pfsense firewall and oversee wireless network operations.
- Efficiently handle inventory management.
- Respond to remote and on-site support requests for projects in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, such as development, sales, HR, and accounting.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of equipment purchasing.
