Job Description
Texitech is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Import Procurement Officer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Import Procurement Cycle, which includes handling Documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and Bank Contracts. Key duties consist of preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents to ensure compliance and coordinating with stakeholders such as forwarding agents, shipping lines, and clearing agents. A solid understanding of freights, Incoterms, custom duties, tariffs, SROS, NOCs, as well as demurrage and detention is essential.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
