Job Description
We are seeking a talented Electrical Designer to join our Architecture and Planning Department at our Central Park Housing Scheme office in Lahore, located on Main Ferozpur Road. This full-time position reports directly to the Head of Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs for both residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to create detailed electrical design plans, including single line diagrams and schematics.
- Coordinate effectively with various design disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Create job-specific specifications for electrical disciplines.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable electrical systems and materials.
- Participate in project coordination meetings with team members and external consultants.
- Engage in value engineering and preliminary cost estimation processes.
