Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team near LDA Complex, Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will earn a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,00 to PKR 90,00 (basic) plus commission and additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by engaging prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Assess client needs and provide customized tech solutions.
• Present our services effectively in virtual meetings or face-to-face.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Work collaboratively with the business development team to finalize deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist with post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in IT services or software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
