Job Description
Nexus95 is on the lookout for a skilled Upwork Bidder with 1-2 years of experience in Business Development to enhance our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on suitable projects, developing persuasive proposals, and cultivating lasting client relationships. Additionally, you will negotiate project terms, oversee bidding performance, and ensure that all deliverables are met on time.
Requirements: Applicants must have proven experience in Upwork bidding, exceptional communication skills, expertise in CRM systems, strong negotiation and sales abilities, and the capability to work independently. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
