Job Description
Medatron, a prominent leader in the Healthcare IT sector based in Pakistan, is actively seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative for our office in Johar Town, Lahore. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive information about our products while providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through calls, provide detailed product information, accurately enter data into our portal, and follow up on complex cases as required.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of call center experience, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
