Job Description
Job Purpose: To support daily administrative operations and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Ensure the office premises are clean and organized.
- Manage office errands and deliver important documents.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies regularly.
Requirements: A minimum of a Matric qualification, 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong personal hygiene, courteous demeanor, and reliability.
