Job Description
IBSTEC is excited to announce an opening for a UK-Based Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with UK employers to gain insights into their hiring requirements, while being responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess staffing needs from UK employers
- Source and recruit qualified candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Facilitate interview coordination
- Achieve recruitment targets
- Keep abreast of current UK recruitment trends
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of UK recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools.
Location: 2C Gulberg V, Zafar Ali Road, Lahore | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
