Job Description
CIER is seeking a qualified Finance Officer to lead the financial operations of a training and advocacy project in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing project finances, preparing detailed financial reports, maintaining budgets, and ensuring adherence to donor compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project finances, including transactions and payroll.
- Generate periodic financial reports.
- Maintain the budget, monitor expenses, and assist in audits.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and support procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management within an NGO.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
