Job Description

Ghani Ceramics Ltd. is on the hunt for a Senior Supervisor in Ceramic Design to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree and between 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
• Verify design direction for projects.
• Manage ink reactions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure precision in color tones for all designs.
• Collect specifications and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Minimize sampling wastage effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for staff members.
• Execute tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
