Responsibilities include:
- Booking air tickets, hotels, and transportation for individuals and groups
- Assisting with ticketing through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre
- Creating travel itineraries and tour packages
- Managing cancellations, reissues, and fare quotes
- Coordinating with airlines, vendors, and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
