Job Description
BBG Professionals is on the lookout for skilled individuals to become a part of our Chartered Accountancy practice in the position of Junior Bookkeeper. This role offers a full-time, permanent opportunity, with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, subject to minor adjustments based on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bookkeeping using a variety of software while managing source documents.
- Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies effectively.
- Prepare trial balances utilizing Excel.
- Submit electronic VAT Returns.
- Communicate effectively through email and verbally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in accountancy or finance.
- Experience in UK accounts/bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
