Job Description
Napollo Software Design LLC is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our on-site team at our Bahria Town, Lahore office. This role is ideal for a meticulous and enthusiastic HR professional who is committed to supporting our expanding team across a variety of HR functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Address employee relations and performance concerns
- Coordinate benefits administration and payroll support
