Job Description
TMG Ventures is on the lookout for a committed and experienced Store Manager for our Miniso retail outlet located in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing staffing and inventory, recruiting and training a proficient retail team, and ensuring adherence to company policies for operational excellence. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to formulate effective strategies and maintain superior visual merchandising standards.
