Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Executive (Operations) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including attendance management, payroll coordination, employee record management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Oversee attendance and overtime documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate with payroll for monthly processing.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS software.
