Job Description
Imam Clinic is in search of a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibilities include professionally answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and providing detailed information about our services. It is crucial to accurately record all call details while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements: Applicants should possess a minimum of Intermediate education, with 1–2 years of call center experience. Proficiency in English and Urdu is essential, along with basic computer skills. Candidates must also be willing to work in shifts.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Employment Type: Full-time
