Job Description
Circle5 is currently seeking a committed Patient Support Specialist with excellent communication skills and a background in healthcare or customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with billing inquiries, empathically addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interaction with our services.
This full-time position requires a night shift commitment and a minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience.
