Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan (Residents Only)
Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM
Ultimate Outsourcing LDT is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruiter – Outsourcing Research Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional skills in sourcing top-tier talent and collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn and UK job boards.
- Craft efficient search strings for candidate sourcing.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Engage in data mining and lead generation.
- Demonstrate excellent command of the English language.
- Utilize Google Sheets and MS Office proficiently.
- Prior relevant experience is preferred.
Salary: Rs 22,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
