Job Description

Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad

We are currently looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing outstanding technical assistance to our customers, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve telecom-related issues.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Keep abreast of product updates and changes.

Qualifications:

• 3-year diploma in a relevant field.
• Open to both recent graduates and experienced candidates.
• Male applicants aged 32 to 35 years preferred.
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
