Job Description
Hcm International is on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Officer. Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and possesses exceptional communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, delivering high-quality responses, and meeting productivity goals. Your interactions with customers will take place across various channels, and you will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills while maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, located in our office.
