Job Description
The Operator will uphold standards of transparency and integrity while providing exceptional support to Arabic-speaking callers. A strong commitment to effective communication and problem-solving skills is essential.
Education/Experience/Language Requirements: A minimum of secondary education is required, with a university degree preferred. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are mandatory.
Contract Type: ICA Contract, Level L-ICA 4, Local Support. Detailed contract information will be provided during the hiring process.
