We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Officer to enhance our customers’ experience and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess 0-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply), have completed at least 12 years of education, and demonstrate strong communication skills in Urdu.
Your key responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and effectively resolving any complaints.
