Logix Solutions is currently in search of a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our esteemed client in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers and solar installers with product-related inquiries.
- Guide clients through product settings and installation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar inverters.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
