Job Description
Emenac Inc is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced US Call Center Agents for our international inbound and outbound campaigns located in Lahore. We welcome both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate/O/A Levels
- Strong command of spoken English with an excellent accent
- Willingness to work night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM
- Focus-oriented with a commitment to regular attendance and punctuality
- Responsibilities include managing inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
- Roles encompass chat support, email support, and inbound/outbound sales
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
