Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to select qualified candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment and maintain an organized candidate database.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience; and strong communication skills.
