Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to become an integral part of our textiles and garments team. The ideal candidate will oversee HR functions, providing crucial administrative support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Administer employee benefits and manage leave requests.
- Oversee daily office operations and inventory.
- Organize company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated HR and administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
