Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for a diligent and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team at Enter and Post SMC Pvt Ltd. In this vital role, you will deliver outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Record customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate swift issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Availability to work independently during night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
