Job Description
ibex is seeking a dedicated full-time International Customer Service Specialist to join our Karachi Division! This on-site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support and fostering a positive experience for our clients. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in customer service and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Job Details: This is a 6-month contract position with a salary range of Rs90,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month. Evening and night shifts are required.
