Job Summary: The-Hiring is actively seeking a motivated Inbound Customer Service & Sales Representative. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure efficient order placements and timely shipments. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming customer calls.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate order placement and prompt shipment.

- Quickly resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
