Job Summary: Jacked Nutrition is looking for a compassionate and skilled Complaint Handler to effectively manage and resolve customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling escalations, conducting thorough investigations, and implementing timely resolutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in customer service or complaint management.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
